First gift of the day.

Phoenix, the cat, gave me what he thought was the most beautiful birthday gift ever, (and it would have been, if it was still alive) an Indigo Bunting.

Meet the cat.

This is Phoenix. He was a kitten hiding in the forest, living under the Barberry bushes. He befriended Ruby (horse) first, and now is a member of the family. He likes to keep watch over the fish and frogs of the pond. Soon he will be having fun with the hundreds of morphing tadpoles!
